How I lost Weight & Kept It Off: The Healthy Way!

My Weight Loss is something that I am extremely proud of. I started in February 2011-weighing 175 pounds and by June 2011 I weighed 135 pounds--I had already lost 40 pounds! I did this by cutting out the junk, eating healthy, and excercise, and I am now extremely proud to say that I am getting back into working out with Dance Central 2 and eating Healthy again!
